Bonnie Liebman is CSPI's former Director of Nutrition. While at CSPI, she was the key link in formulating CSPI's policies on diet and health. She provided the scientific input on many of the organization's administrative petitions and legislative proposals. Bonnie is the author of numerous articles on diet and cancer, heart disease, stroke, diabetes, memory loss, and other illnesses for Nutrition Action, which has roughly 400,000 readers nationwide. She served on the advisory committees that issued the American Cancer Society's 2001 and 1996 Guidelines on Nutrition and Physical Activity for Cancer Prevention.
