M.M. Bailey

M.M. Bailey (she/her) is responsible for producing content for cspi.org and for being the final reviewer of written materials from CSPI’s Communications team.
Prior experience
M.M. brings a wealth of writing experience, including serving as a senior writing instructor at Western Governors University, a creative writing visiting instructor at Southern New Hampshire University, and a freelance writer and editor. She earned a Master of Fine Arts in Writing and a Master of Arts in English Literature from George Mason University, and dual BAs in Political Science and Philosophy, respectively, from Syracuse University. Her writing has been featured in Fall for the Book’s October 2021 podcast series and can be found in Fractured Lit, This is What America Looks Like, Furious Gravity, and Grace In Love, among others.

M.M. has been working with CSPI as a writing consultant since early 2024 and joined the staff in October 2025.
