Biography
Dr. Elizabeth McGibbon, PhD, RN, is an applied critical health social scientist and a Professor in the Faculty of Science at St. Francis Xavier University.
Josephine Etowa is Associate Professor in the School of Nursing, Faculty of Health Professions, at Dalhousie University. Her twenty-year clinical practice history spans international, multicultural, and community development issues.
